Health is changing: Despite Conventional Medicine’s growing strengths, it has its limitations. Some current issues are: Chronic Pain management is poor with fewer safe and effective therapies available (following the opioid epidemic), Autoimmune conditions need better ways to control and prevent them, and there are more lifestyle-related problems that are preventable, controllable, and reversible than ever before. An Integrative Health approach (Conventional and Complementary Therapy with Self-Care or Lifestyle changes) is increasingly demanded by the public as a safe and effective option for their care, and is now supported by an increasing number of doctors and therapists alike.
